CONFERENCE PRODUCTION MANAGER
Your day-to-day responsibilities include topical research, speaker sourcing, and event management. You will design event concept and agenda through online and offline, internal and external research. Subsequently, you will fine-tune and finalize the event through live telephone research with senior-level executives. You will also identify and invite respected senior-level executives as speakers, and facilitate a two-way process of topic formulation and presentation preparation. You are also involved in the copy-writing and design of the event brochure. Throughout the production and sales stages you will need to work closely with the marketing, sales and sponsorship teams to ensure the best possible results. You will be given the opportunity to handle a team of junior producers to coach and mentor!
Requirements:

OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE
A POSITION IS OPEN IN THE MICE INDUSTRY!
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Handle customers’ enquiries and requests
- Work closely with and support various business units to assist with the logistics of the event
- Liaising with vendors/suppliers and venue providers in a cost effective manner
- Being onsite at events and general operational activities.
- Provide recommendations and support clients’ requirements vis-à-vis venues to satisfy their event requirements
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administration / Hospitality/ Marketing/ Mass Communications. Good Diploma holders may be considered
- Well groomed and pleasant personality
- Ability to multitask, work independently and as a team to meet deadlines under pressure
- Willing to work staggered hours or overtime where necessary

SPONSORSHIP SALES MANAGER (ASIA PACIFIC)
With the expansion of our sponsorship teams, we are looking for EXPERIENCED SPONSORSHIP SALES MANAGERS who have at least a minimum of 1 year experience (in the conference and events industry) as a Sponsorship Manager.
No Gimmicks, just Facts here.
You should be a proven Sponsorship Sales Manager, with a good track record of sales, is disciplined, has integrity and wants to gain more MONEY and SATISFACTION in what you do.
In return, we will remunerate you (basic+commission) based on your experience, sales records and your ability to manage. You will also have more autonomy in the way you would want to manage your team and be exposed to learning opportunities in management.
